NEW FAVORITE OATMEAL TECHNIQUE
You soak the oats OVERNIGHT w/water and whey drained from your yogurt (1 cup liquid to 1/3 rolled oats) and cook in the morn, with a salt pinch. You know how sometimes oatmeal cooks up almost wimpily? No way and never again after the water/whey slumber. Molasses + cinnamon on top and you are in business!
